Information used by our apps

Each app may process information you choose to enter or create so it can provide its core features. This can include workout and goal information in Iron Arc, documents and voice input in SlateScout, and personal entries in ManYOU.

Where information is processed

Many app features store information on your device. Some optional features may send the content needed to fulfill your request—for example, a coaching request, document analysis, or voice-processing feature. We will make these requests clear in the app experience.

Iron Arc workouts, sync, and optional analysis

Iron Arc stores your profile, goals, workout logs, weights, and progress on your device. If you choose Sign in with Apple and iCloud sync, workout records and saved recommendations are also stored in your private iCloud account so they can appear on your other devices. Apple handles that storage under its own privacy terms.

Workout analysis is optional and asks for permission before sending data. To suggest a next strength session, Iron Arc sends the selected exercise name, targets, reps and weights, your effort rating, workout duration and workload, and up to three earlier comparable sessions through the Iron Arc service to TypeSafe AI. The request does not include your name, body measurements, absolute workout dates, or raw heart-rate readings. If you separately turn on “Include recorded heart rate,” it can also include available whole-workout average and peak heart rate from those sessions. This option starts off and can be left off while still using analysis.

Iron Arc uses an Apple identity credential to authorize the request at its service; the credential is not forwarded to TypeSafe AI. The service does not log the workout request or credential. Temporary per-instance request limits use an Apple account identifier and counters. Analysis results are saved with your workout on your device and, if you enabled iCloud sync, in your private iCloud workout record. The service and TypeSafe AI process the information to return the requested recommendation; TypeSafe AI’s own data handling and retention practices may also apply. You can decline analysis and continue using the rest of Iron Arc.

Documents and microphone input

SlateScout requests access to documents or the microphone only when you choose a feature that requires it. You can control these permissions in your device settings. Please do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Launch updates

If you join a launch list, we store the email address and optional first name you provide, along with the date you gave permission to receive updates. We use it only for availability and occasional launch news for the app you selected. We do not sell or share the list for advertising. You can unsubscribe from any message or contact us to request deletion.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on this website to understand aggregate visits, referral sources, page engagement, and which links to our apps visitors choose. Google may receive standard device, browser, and IP-address information when you visit. We use these insights to measure launch campaigns and improve this site; we do not send Google the contents you enter into our apps, email sign-up forms, or other sensitive personal information.

You can limit or opt out of Google Analytics through your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

No sale or ad tracking

We do not sell personal information and do not use app content for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Beta testing and diagnostics

When you use a TestFlight beta, Apple may collect diagnostic and usage information under its own terms. If you choose to send feedback, Apple may share the feedback and relevant diagnostic details with the developer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the apps develop. The current version will always be posted on this page with its updated date.
